Fully Automatic In-Line 8-Wheel Cap Sealing Machine (with Automatic Cap Sorting)
Highlights
- Precise, adjustable torque; damage-free capping: Torque can be freely adjusted, and the multi-stage capping mechanism ensures smooth capping, preventing stripped threads and damaged caps while ensuring consistent tightness across all caps.
- Compatible with multiple sizes, quick changeover: The capping wheels are independently adjustable to accommodate a variety of plastic screw-on caps, eliminating the need for complicated disassembly and reassembly when switching sizes.
- Quiet, corrosion-resistant, and low-maintenance: The optimized drive system ensures quiet operation; the stainless steel housing meets hygiene standards; and the modular design facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance.

In-Depth Details
Workflow
1. Automatic Cap Sorting: The hopper, equipped with a lifting mechanism, automatically organizes scattered bottle caps and conveys them in an orderly manner to the cap-feeding track.
2. Cap Placement and Pre-tightening: The mechanism automatically grips the bottle neck to place the cap and pre-tighten it.
3. Multi-Wheel Capping: Multiple sets of capping wheels tighten the cap in stages to complete the capping process with the appropriate torque.
4. Finished Product Output: Once capped, the bottles are conveyed out via a conveyor belt and fed into the subsequent packaging process.
